Texting

RunningMate integrates with TextOut, allowing RunningMate users to set up and monitor texting campaigns without leaving RunningMate. No API key configuration is required!

RunningMate's TextOut integration is available only to RunningMate users who already have a TextOut account and have completed their 10DLC registration.  If you are interested in purchasing TextOut, contact us at sales@civitech.io or click here to book a demo.

How to Integrate RunningMate with TextOut

If you already have a TextOut account, you can integrate TextOut with your RunningMate account by doing the following:

  1. Click your account name at the bottom of your navigation bar
  2. Select Settings from the pop-up menu

  1. Click the Integrations tab
  2. Click the Connect button

  1. Enter your TextOut username and password
  2. Select your workspace from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the Connect button

  1. Once connected, you will be able to view your texting programs activity in the Active Texting Programs box

  1. Click the Open TextOut button to be redirected to TextOut to manage your texting programs
