Civitech’s RunningMate tool now offers a subscription model to provide candidates, political campaigns, consultants and organizations doing election work with the right level of voter data, outreach tools, and insights. Whether you're a first-time candidate, a grassroots organizer, or a well-established campaign or consultant, there's a plan tailored to your needs. Below is a breakdown of each plan to help you decide which one best fits your campaign strategy.

RunningMate Lite (Free)

Best for users who want to explore basic district-level insights before committing to a paid plan.

    • High Level Data – Access a district & precinct wide snapshot of voter trends and demographics.
    • Create Saved Filters and Lists – Organize and save voter lists for small-scale analysis or testing.
    • Campaign Goal Setting – Calculate your win number and establish campaign goals.
    • AI Campaign Support Assistant - Use Elena for platform navigation and strategic brainstorming.

RunningMate Pro

Best for users who need detailed voter insights, canvassing features, and a collaborative campaign environment. This includes everything in RunningMate Lite in addition to:

    • Add unlimited volunteers and administrators on RunningMate.   
    • Household-level data – Get access to detailed info of voter households in your district to refine your outreach strategy.
    • Canvassing Programs - Create multiple canvassing programs to activate your volunteers to start canvassing on RunningMate via walk packets.
    • Phone Banking - users can plan and execute live caller voter outreach campaigns.
    • Tag Management & Survey Response Tracking – Record & organize voter data by tagging and tracking responses from direct voter engagement efforts.
    • Campaign Goal Setting & Tracking – Set campaign goals and track progress in real time. Uploading support data automatically updates the Campaign Goal Tracker, which also includes a Priority Precinct filter to identify high-density opportunity areas. These target lists can be downloaded, outreached to, and reuploaded to see the progress live.
    • Data Exporting & Importing - Exports voter registration and outreach files for field operations. Voter files with support scores and tags can be imported using the import feature.

RunningMate Pro Plus (add-on)

Best for users looking to expand voter registration efforts and Pro+ is the surfacing of unregistered voter data in your district

This includes everything in RunningMate Pro in addition to:

    • Unregistered Data – Gain exclusive access to unregistered voter data to identify and engage potential voters who haven’t yet registered. To learn more, click here.
    • Voter Registration Intent Goal Tracker - Track voter registration efforts in real time, measure engagement, and adjust your strategy based on outreach progress.

How To Upgrade Your Plan

  • To upgrade your Plan from Lite to Pro or to submit a Pro+  quote, navigate to your profile settings and select ' Subscription'.
  • You can also visit runningmate.io/signup, add your district, select 'Pro' and follow the upgrade workflow to proceed to checkout.
  • If you have a discount code, you can apply the code during checkout.

  • Demo Walkthroughs – If you are interested in a RunningMate Demo walkthrough you can book time with us here.
  • RunningMate Office Hours – Open to enrolled users from any plan. These dedicated support sessions provide expert guidance to help you make the most of RunningMate’s features.
