PIR Data in RunningMate

The key to democracy: registering the New American Majority.

Reach your goals with the Public Information Records (PIR) database. RunningMate users with access to PIR will be able to view unregistered populations at a household, precinct, or District level, then conduct outreach to get them registered to vote.

Civitech’s proprietary data set features nearly 30 million records of unregistered potential voters. These are the voters who are the key to protecting the U.S. House and Senate seats, winning critical gubernatorial and secretary of state races, winning control of state legislatures, and making critical decisions on access to reproductive care, reducing gun violence, improving education, and more.

Reaching and engaging with unregistered voters is the key to protecting democracy, winning elections, and solving the problems we all care about.

Civitech’s PIR data is proprietary data collected from untapped public records and compared against our voter files in order to identify millions of potential voters from sources like colleges and universities, professional license holders, and public employees like teachers. These potential voters are likely not included by traditional data vendors.

For more information about the PIR data coverage, visit the PIR data documentation article.

To gain access to the unregistered people data we've identified in your district, send an email to support@civitech.io. Include your name and district and the team will help you get started.
