TextOut by Civitech is peer-to-peer texting software that allows organizations to reach voters and supporters about the issues that matter most, like abortion rights, gun violence, education, the economy, and more. With hundreds of millions of texts sent across the US, we know that real conversations create transformative results.

Voter registration mail

Civitech voter registration is the most advanced and affordable direct mail program to register new voters, give them the necessary resources to cast their vote, and engage them on issues that matter to them — like abortion rights, ending gun violence, education, the economy, and more. Investing in registering and turning out voters will have a positive and cascading impact on future elections.

Whether it’s to run a GOTV campaign or send mail to voters on the issues you care about, it all begins with having accurate, up-to-date information. That’s where Source comes in. Civitech’s team of data scientists works to make sure you have the latest contact information on the voters you need to contact and persuade in all 50 states.

PIR Database

Civitech’s proprietary data set, called PIR, features nearly 30 million records of unregistered potential voters, mostly from The New American Majority. These potential voters, primarily low-income people, young people, and people of color are the voters who are the key to making critical decisions on access to reproductive care, reducing gun violence, improving education, and more.

Organizing Tools

Civitech’s campaign organizing tool has a range of solutions to help gather information, allocate resources, and take action. RunningMate helps political leaders aggregate and integrate data, visualize information, and identify supporters.
