Saved Filters
Overview
You can use Saved Filters in RunningMate to simplify and streamline your search and organization processes. This guide will show you how to save your search criteria - eliminating the need to reconfigure filters every time.
The Saved Filters feature is located in the filter panel on the RunningMate Home screen.
Who can create a filter?
- Workspace Owners, Admins, and Data Managers: Can create, name, apply, edit, and delete saved filters.
- Data Viewers and Volunteers: Can apply saved filters created by others.
How to Create a Saved Filter List.
Saved Filters are quick and easy to create and can be saved and reused whenever needed without having to reconfigure them each time. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1. Select the filters you want to group together to make a dynamic list. (i.e. precincts, age, race, persuasion targets).
Step 2. Select 'Save' and give your Filter List a name.
Step 3. Congratulations! You have created a filter successfully. Under the 'Saved Filters' drop-down menu, you can access your list at any time
Saved Filters can be used to create Lists, which can then be used for Canvassing.

Filter Restrictions
- If a tag is part of a saved filter, it cannot be deleted. You’ll receive a notification with a list of saved filters containing that tag.
- Saved filters are district-specific (e.g., a filter saved in District A won’t be available in District B).
- Currently available for non-state districts only
