RunningMate Overview
RunningMate helps you understand your district and its voters, plan your path to victory, reach the voters you need to win, and manage your campaign from start to finish.
RunningMate has a few main parts:
- The Target Summary summarizes political and demographic information about voters in your district.
- The District Map shows your district and precincts it contains to help you visualize where voters are concentrated and break up your work into manageable chunks.
- The Filter Panel lets you narrow down the population you’re targeting using political and demographic criteria. This allows users to tailor their methods or messaging by the
- The Download Tool lets you export your targets. RunningMate has CSV exports, with more options coming soon.
- Data Management tool allows users to manage the imports into the tool, which includes importing support scores and custom data tags
- Goal Tracker allows users to calculate their win number, set goals, and view progress toward those goals at a district or precinct level
RunningMate supports Civitech’s Source voter file, which is the default most users gain access to, or the TargetSmart voter file.
